This peacefully located House is fully oriented to the South, offers a lot of privacy and was recently renovated with taste. She offers a high degree of comfort. The living area on the ground floor opens onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy the Sun, the peace and the beautiful surroundings. The sleeping area downstairs opens on to a covered terrace and a closed garden. All terraces and rooms are spacious and have sea views. Moraira is a fishing village without high-rise blocks and thereby one of the coziest places on the Costa Blanca. The village centre is located right next to a fishing port and Marina. There are no amusement parks in Moraira, minigolfs, shows, water parks or mega discos. Above all, you will find restaurants, bars and shops. The streets are only partly accessible to pedestrians. The larger shops and warehouses are located outside the village centre. Moraira has 4 beaches. The most famous is the child-friendly Platja de l'Ampolla, right next to a large shaded parking where you can park for free. The surrounding villages Benitatchell, Teulada, Javea and Calpe are quickly accessible by a car. Every village has its weekly market day. Altea, Benidorm and Denia are a bit further, on a half to full hour drive away. We suggest a visit to Terra Mitica in Benidorm, Guadalest in the Aitana mountains and the old town of Valencia.
